The F-14 Tomcat Association Board of Directors adopted these By-Laws at a meeting held 17 December 2003. The By-Laws were accepted by the Internal Revenue Service on 9 February 2004 and the California Franchise Tax Board on 21 May 2004 as the basis for exemption from Federal and State taxes. The By-Laws were ratified by the Association members at the General Meeting held in Virginia Beach, VA on 23 September 2006.
